This role involves drafting, scheduling, client correspondence, and managing a modest caseload from start to finish, with duties spanning pleadings, discovery, and trial support.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum 2–3 years of Personal Injury paralegal experience.
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong document management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal correspondence and pleadings.
• Manage and organize multiple document-intensive cases.
• Collect and organize documents and medical records.
• Prepare discovery responses and subpoenas.
