The Godsey Law Firm, P.C. in Addison, Texas is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal specializing in personal injury to join our team. You will draft petitions, manage case calendars, and support trial preparation while collaborating with attorneys and clients.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in personal injury litigation, handles a large caseload, and is proficient with case management tools. Knowledge of state and federal procedures is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in personal injury law.
• Caseload of 100+ files preferred.
• Experience with Neos Case Management Software is a plus.
• Familiarity with State and Federal court procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file initial petitions in personal injury litigation cases.
• Manage service of process and delivery of all citations.
• Draft and complete discovery requests and responses.
• Maintain and coordinate case calendars, including scheduling depositions and mediations.
• Provide comprehensive trial preparation support.
• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and court personnel.
