Litigation Paralegal Opportunity: An esteemed and bustling Personal Injury Law Firm located in Century City is in search of a full-time experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding team!

Your Responsibilities Will Encompass :

• Collaborating with the trial team from the inception of complaint to trial conclusion
• Handling extensive discovery processes, including propounding and responding
• Crafting a variety of Motions, Oppositions, and Replies
• Drafting pleadings, declarations, and exhibit lists
• Arranging Depositions and other Hearings
• Facilitating CourtCall arrangements and coordinating Appearance Attorneys
• Organizing documents for filing
• Undertaking special projects as required

Qualifications :

• Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous, and a comprehensive understanding of Personal Injury, spanning both pre-litigation and Litigation stages, is essential.
• Must have 3 years of experience in a personal injury / litigation support role
