Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

A busy, well-respected, Personal Injury Law Firm in Century City seeks a full-time experienced Personal Injury LITIGATION PARALEGAL to join our growing firm!

Your duties will include :

• Assisting trial team from filing of complaint through trial
• Propound and respond to extensive discovery
• Draft various Motions, Oppositions and Replies
• Draft pleadings and other documents such as declarations and exhibit lists
• Noticing Depositions and other Hearings
• Setting up CourtCall and Appearance Attorneys
• Organize documents for filing
• Special projects as needed

Speaking Spanish fluently is a huge plus and you must have a very thorough understanding of Personal Injury, both in the pre-litigation and Litigation phases.
