Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare pleadings, petitions, motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal correspondence.
• Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation, from initial filing through settlement or trial.
• Manage discovery processes, document production, and case-related deadlines.
• Prepare and organize trial exhibits, case materials, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate electronic case files and litigation records.
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, court personnel, and other parties.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely filing of legal documents.
• Assist with complex personal injury cases involving six- and seven-figure case values.
• Provide additional litigation support during trials, including extended hours when necessary.

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 annually

Additional Compensation: 10% Performance Bonus

• Willingness to support extended hours during active trials.
• Ability to work onsite in El Segundo, CA.
