Job summary

Slocumb Law Firm in Portland, Oregon, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. You will manage PI cases from intake through resolution, including trial, with clear communication to clients and collaboration with internal teams.

The ideal candidate has an active Oregon Bar in good standing and at least 2 years of PI experience, strong advocacy and writing skills, and the ability to independently manage a full caseload.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon Bar license in good standing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury experience is required.
• Strong litigation, advocacy and writing skills are essential.
• Ability to independently manage pre-litigation and litigation caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and stakeholders.
