Slocumb Law Firm seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our Portland, Oregon office. The role involves managing PI cases from intake through trial and collaborating with internal teams to deliver strong outcomes for clients.

You will maintain clear client communication, work within established case standards, and exercise sound judgment and ownership over assigned matters. Requirements include a JD, active Oregon Bar in good standing, and a minimum of two years PI

Slocumb Law Firm is expanding and seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team in Portland, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to expand our established priority to help our clients obtain the justice and compensation they deserve while helping establish and grow our presence in this new office. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in the litigation of Personal Injury Law.

What You’ll Do

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards
• Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (JD)
• Active Oregon Bar license and in good standing — REQUIRED
• Minimum of 2 years of Personal Injury (PI) experience — REQUIRED AND NON-NEGOTIABLE
• Candidates without at least 2 years of Personal Injury experience will not be considered
• Strong litigation, advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases
• Results-driven mindset
