Job summary

Slocumb Law Firm in Raleigh, NC is expanding and seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team. Manage cases from intake through resolution, up to trial, with a strong foundation in Personal Injury law.

You will communicate clearly with clients, work within national litigation systems, and collaborate with case managers and leadership to deliver strong outcomes. Ideal candidates hold a JD, NC license in good standing, at least two years of PI litigation experience,

Qualifications

• Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full inventory of both pre-lit and litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases from intake through resolution, up to and including trial.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients.
• Work within established national litigation systems and case standards.
• Exercise sound judgment, preparation, and ownership over assigned matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams, case managers, and firm leadership.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with opposing counsel and other stakeholders.
