Randstad USA is recruiting on behalf of a growing plaintiff's personal injury firm for an attorney in the Dallas or San Antonio area. This onsite role requires a Texas license and 2+ years of PI experience, with a base salary of $140k–$225k plus guaranteed monthly bonuses and a share of settlements. First-year total compensation expected to be $200k–$275k. Benefits are comprehensive.

A growing plaintiff's personal injury firm in the midst of a nationwide expansion is adding an attorney to its Dallas or San Antonio team.

The firm has private investment backing, a proven marketing model and established offices elsewhere in the country.

Work is ONSITE 5 days/week.

Position requires: an active license to practice law in Texas and 2+ years of personal injury law experience.

Compensation: base salary of $140,000-225,000, guaranteed bonuses paid monthly, plus a percent of settlement fees. First year's total compensation is expected to be $200,000-275,000. Position includes comprehensive benefits.

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

Shift: First; Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM.

Education required: Doctoral.
