Location: 100% in-office role with openings in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, TX. Relocation candidates are welcome, with relocation assistance available.
Note: This role requires experience handling personal injury cases in litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

Job Description
- Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
- Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Experience handling personal injury litigation matters
- Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances
- Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills
- Trial experience is a plus but not required
