Orion Placement represents a leading plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Texas seeking an experienced litigator. The role emphasizes handling motor vehicle and premises liability matters, with a focus on pleadings, discovery, depositions, and court appearances.

You will work in an in-office environment across Houston, Dallas, or San Antonio, collaborate with paralegals, and advance cases from filing through trial. A JD and strong trial-oriented skills are required for success.

Formación

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience handling personal injury litigation matters.
• Comfortable managing discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
• Strong organizational, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a litigation docket of personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Work closely with paralegals and legal support staff to drive cases forward.
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases strategically from filing through resolution or trial.

Location

100% in-office role with openings in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio, TX. Relocation candidates are welcome, with relocation assistance available.
