Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Associate to join our NYC litigation team. This on-site, permanent role handles a diverse PI caseload from intake through trial, with room to grow.

Requirements include a J.D. and NY State Bar, 4+ years of plaintiff PI experience in NY, strong discovery skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CPLR Article 31 is a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of litigation experience at a New York plaintiff PI firm.
• Exceptional discovery experience and proficiency with Office suite.

We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our litigation team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from initial client interview through litigation.
• Draft Bill of Particulars, discovery responses, demands and motions.
• Draft and argue substantive motions, including summary judgment motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions (parties, witnesses, and experts)
• Appear regularly in court for conferences, hearings and oral arguments
• Identify case value drivers and develop litigation strategy to maximize client recovery.
