Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Maryland Bar.

• Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple cases with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of injury-related matters including auto accidents and personal injury cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare demand packages.
• Review medical and employment records and provide legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate with insurers and opposing counsel; appear at hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.
