Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Manage complex personal injury cases from inception through trial
Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial proceedings
Prepare clients for all phases of litigation
Maintain strong and effective communication with clients throughout the life cycle of the litigation process
Ensure a high standard of client satisfaction
Qualifications
