Job summary

LeoForce in Los Angeles is seeking a mid-level Personal Injury Demand Writer to craft persuasive settlement demands after treatment is complete. You will review medical records, summarize liability and damages, and prepare demand packages designed to maximize case value, working closely with attorneys, case managers, and the pre-litigation team.

Qualifications

• Mid Level experience in plaintiff personal injury demand writing.
• Strong written communication skills for clear, persuasive demand packages.

• Draft persuasive and comprehensive personal injury settlement demands and demand packages.
• Review and analyze medical records, medical bills, treatment histories, accident reports, photographs, insurance information, and other case documentation.
• Develop clear narratives regarding liability, causation, injuries, treatment, and damages.
• Summarize complex medical treatment and terminology in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Calculate and present damages, including medical expenses, lost wages, future treatment, pain and suffering, and other economic and non-economic damages.
• Clearly communicate how injuries have impacted clients' work, daily activities, and overall quality of life.
• Ensure demand packages contain all necessary records, bills, evidence, and supporting documentation.
