Unknown Law Firm in Lansdale, PA, is seeking an experienced Personal Injury & Commercial Litigation Associate to join its established litigation practice. The role offers meaningful case ownership, direct client interaction, and a flexible, collaborative work environment.

The candidate should have a JD and PA Bar admission, 5–10 years of personal injury litigation experience, and some commercial litigation exposure.

Qualifications

• JD and PA Bar admission in good standing.
• 5–10 years of significant personal injury litigation experience.
• Some commercial litigation experience.
• Experience practicing in a law firm environment.
• Hands-on experience taking and defending depositions.
• Experience managing litigation through multiple stages of the lifecycle.
• Strong motion practice, legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury and related civil litigation matters from discovery through resolution or trial.
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, corporate representatives, medical professionals, and experts.
• Develop case strategy in collaboration with partners and other members of the litigation team.
• Draft and respond to written discovery and motions.
• Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, settlements, hearings, and trial.
• Participate in jury trials with responsibilities based on experience.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurers.
• Communicate with clients regarding case strategy and developments.
• Assist with commercial and other civil litigation matters as needed.
• Maintain approximately 1800 billable hours per year.
