Batta Fulkerson Law Group in San Diego, CA is hiring Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support case management, client intake, and medical lien negotiations. You will work with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth client experiences.

The role offers exposure to various aspects of personal injury practice, with emphasis on case management, client relations, and lien reductions. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and the team values collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury law is preferred.
• Experience with case management, legal assisting, client intake, medical billing, or lien reductions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsabilités

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation settlement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, providing updates and guidance.
• Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Request and organize medical records, billing statements, and documents.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
