Job summary

Batta Fulkerson Law Group in San Diego, CA seeks a Personal Injury Case Manager / Legal Assistant to support case management, client intake, and medical lien negotiations. You will coordinate care, gather records, and help drive settlements while delivering compassionate service to clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is preferred.
• Experience in case management, legal assisting, client intake, medical billing, or lien reductions is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation settlement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance.
• Coordinate medical treatment and obtain medical records and bills.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, providers, and lienholders.
• Assist with demand packages and maintain case files.
• Monitor deadlines and tasks to ensure timely resolution.
