• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, and other parties as appropriate.
• Bring structure and organization to a very busy litigation environment.

Our attorneys represent individuals facing powerful defendants across personal injury, sexual abuse, mass tort, product liability, workplace injury, and complex civil litigation.

This is a true litigation environment—not a high-volume settlement shop. Cases are handled with the expectation that they may ultimately go to trial, and the firm has built its reputation on taking on difficult matters and pursuing meaningful results for its clients. The team continues to grow, and with several significant multi-plaintiff matters underway, we are adding an experienced Litigation Paralegal to provide additional depth and support.

What you'll be doing:

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience working within a law firm environment.
• Strong, hands-on e-filing experience.
• Litigation experience supporting attorneys with active caseloads.
• Strong understanding of court deadlines and the importance of accurate, timely filings.
• Ability to independently organize competing priorities and keep matters moving.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced law firm.
• Willingness to handle both substantive paralegal responsibilities and administrative/legal assistant work when needed.
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Plaintiff-side litigation experience is preferred but not required for someone with strong transferable litigation experience.

Compensation & Location:

Salary: $80,000–$85,000 depending on experience

Location: Houston, Texas
