Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting seeks an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join a growing legal team in Cincinnati. You will handle high-volume bodily injury files from intake through settlement, communicating with clients, insurers, and providers. Strong organization, excellent written and verbal skills, and a client-focused approach are essential. A bilingual English/Spanish skill set is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury or bodily injury cases.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular case updates.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, attorneys, and other involved parties.
• Monitor clients’ medical treatment and maintain accurate treatment and billing records.
• Draft, compile, and submit settlement demand packages and assist with negotiations.
