- Negotiation & Resolution: Communicate directly with insurance companies and opposing counsel to negotiate favorable settlements and protect our clients' interests.
- Litigation Collaboration: Work closely with our litigation team on cases requiring filing, discovery, depositions, mediation, or trial preparation.
- Client Communication: Build trusting relationships with clients, keep them informed, explain their options, and provide guidance throughout the legal process.
- Case Evaluation: Analyze medical records, liability evidence, insurance coverage, and damages to make informed decisions about case value and strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with paralegals, case managers, and fellow attorneys to keep cases progressing efficiently and maintain exceptional standards of service.
- Professional Responsibility: Maintain compliance with Washington law, ethical obligations, deadlines, and firm standards.
