Job summary
NPAworldwide is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney in Houston, TX to represent clients in personal injury and property damage matters. The attorney will meet with clients, assess claims, and pursue favorable resolutions while maintaining compassionate client care.
The role requires a J.D. degree, Texas Bar membership, and exceptional negotiation and communication abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; independence and teamwork are valued in a fast-growing firm.
Qualifications
- Full-time employment
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Experience evaluating claims and negotiating
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving and independence in office work
- Team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to discuss their case and build trust.
- Provide compassionate client service and update clients regularly.
- Communicate with insurance companies about status of claims, demands, and offers.
- Prepare cases for trial and try them if needed.
