Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal injury experience.
• Active SC Bar license in good standing.
• Dual SC/NC license preferred.
• Knowledge of pre-litigation and litigation processes.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication.
• Ability to manage multiple matters with deadlines.
• Proficiency with case management software.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients to evaluate claims and provide legal advice.
• Research case law, liability, insurance policies, and medical records.
• Communicate with clients, insurers, witnesses, and defense counsel.
• Manage case files and update status in the CMS.
• Negotiate claims with adjusters and defense counsel.
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, and depositions.
• Draft and revise pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
