Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of personal injury / premises liability experience.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases.
• Drafting and filing of litigation documents including pleadings and motions.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the case process.
• Interaction with expert witnesses including drafting of expert reports.
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances.

Connaissances

Excellent client service and communication skills

Superior writing and oral advocacy skills

Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases

Formation

Law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school

Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
