You will handle case preparation, research, and court appearances, communicate clearly with clients, and collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. Hybrid work available.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in New Jersey.
• 3+ years of Personal Injury experience preferred; training available.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Filevine, Slack, and RingCentral.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Personal Injury cases.
• Manage case preparation including research, document handling, and court appearances.
• Communicate effectively with clients and keep them informed.
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for challenging cases.
