Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Missouri.
• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases (auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, or similar).
• Trial experience or demonstrated willingness to take cases to verdict.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills.
• Ability to manage an active caseload independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
• Investigate accidents and injuries, gather evidence, and build case strategy.
• Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair settlements for clients.
• Prepare and litigate cases that proceed to trial, including depositions, motions, and courtroom advocacy.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout their case.
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and other attorneys on the team.
