You will handle intake through resolution, investigate incidents, and develop case strategies. Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relations skills are essential to secure favorable settlements and advocate at trial when

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Missouri.
• Experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases (auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, or similar).
• Trial experience or demonstrated willingness to take cases to verdict.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-relationship skills.
• Ability to manage an active caseload independently.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $160,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
