The attorney will represent clients from investigation through settlement and trial, handling cases independently within a collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have Missouri licensure, 3+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, and strong litigation, deposition, negotiation, and case-management skills, along with excellent writing and client-management

Qualifications

• Missouri-licensed attorney in good standing.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred.
• Strong litigation, deposition, negotiation, and case-management experience.
• Trial experience is highly valued.
• Excellent writing, communication, and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in plaintiff-side personal injury matters from investigation to resolution.
• Handle cases through settlement and trial, with independent case management.
• Prepare pleadings, conduct depositions, negotiate settlements, and communicate with clients.
• Collaborate with the team while maintaining proactive client service.
