Qualifications

• Active California State Bar in good standing is required.
• 2+ years of personal injury experience in pre-litigation or litigation.
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Comfort with technology including Filevine and AI tools.
• Highly organized with deadline-driven discipline.
• A self-starter who works well on a team and cares for clients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new cases for liability, damages, and coverage.
• Monitor client treatment and gather medical records and bills.
• Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with adjusters.
• Manage litigation caseload from filing through trial.
• Draft and argue motions; handle discovery and depositions.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Direct paralegals and case managers on strategy and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate, deadline-driven case files and calendars.
