Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Ability to manage and advance multiple personal injury cases simultaneously.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in drafting clear and concise legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage and litigate personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence in compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Participate in client consultations to discuss legal matters, case goals, and expectations.
• Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Attend court proceedings, hearings, and depositions as necessary.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal staff and legal teams to ensure smooth case progress.
