You will manage cases from intake to disposition, draft demand letters, negotiate with insurers, and maintain strong client communications while collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience, or equivalent as Case Manager/Paralegal
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice law in Florida
• Strong case management skills
• Excellent written communication
• Strategic thinking and negotiation
• Proficient in digital environments
• Bilingual in Spanish or Creole preferred
