Royalty Medical Solutions is seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to manage a caseload of 40-50 cases in litigation and all stages of the case. You will lead case evaluations, draft demand packages, and negotiate settlements to maximize client outcomes.

The role requires strong litigation experience, client-focused communication, and the ability to handle fast-paced workloads while collaborating with a team of paralegals and support staff.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in California.
• 4+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense).
• Experience handling both pre-litigation and litigation phases preferred.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement.
