Job summary

Royalty Medical Solutions seeks a Personal Injury Attorney to manage 40-50 cases through all stages of litigation, with emphasis on negotiation and client-centered service. You will handle case evaluations, liability and damages, and draft demand packages for carriers.

The role involves filing, discovery, hearings, settlements, and potential court appearances, collaborating with paralegals and staff in a fast-paced Los Angeles environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in California
• 4+ years of experience in personal injury (plaintiff or defense)
• Experience handling cases in both pre-litigation and litigation phases preferred
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage a high case load of personal injury matters from intake through settlement
