Job summary

Orion Placement seeks a newly licensed California attorney for a personal injury associate in Sacramento. The role starts with in‑office training and direct mentorship, with hybrid flexibility after training. You will manage pre‑litigation matters, interview clients, and help move cases toward settlements.

Must hold an active California Bar license; early‑career attorneys are welcome. Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential, and Spanish is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Location:

This position is based in Sacramento, California. You will work in‑office during training, with hybrid flexibility available after training.

Note:

You must be admitted to practice law in California and able to work from our Sacramento office during training. Prior personal injury experience is preferred but not required. Newly licensed and early‑career attorneys are strongly encouraged to apply.
