This on-site role handles a robust caseload of 70+ active personal injury matters and requires dedication to case management from intake through resolution.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, courtroom-ready, and skilled at handling all phases of litigation within a contingency-based environment—no billable hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Admitted to practice law in Arkansas and in good standing.
• Workers' compensation experience is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage a high caseload independently.
