The role requires a Juris Doctor, active Tennessee Bar membership, and proven experience in personal injury matters. You will manage cases from intake to resolution and work closely with support staff to ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Tennessee Bar admission in good standing.
• Experience handling personal injury cases.
• Demonstrated experience with settlement negotiations and litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and civil procedure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to independently manage a substantial caseload.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents and slip-and-fall cases.
• Investigate claims and develop effective case strategies.
• Gather and analyze evidence to support client claims.
• Interview clients, witnesses, medical providers, and experts.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary.
• Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
• Provide clients with regular case updates and legal guidance.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure efficient case management and timely resolution.
