NJ and NY bar admission is required, and the attorney must be able to manage multiple cases and deadlines while delivering compassionate, client-centered representation. Bilingual abilities in Korean or Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Active license to practice in NJ and NY.
• At least 5 years handling personal injury cases.
• Strong trial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in all stages of personal injury cases.
• Draft and file complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and letters.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, and medical providers.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with paralegals and staff to manage caseloads.
• Evaluate claims and advise clients on strategy.
• Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices.

• Represent clients in all stages of personal injury cases, including consultations, negotiations, and litigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in NJ & NY.
• Proven experience handling personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and fall, and workplace injuries, with at least 5 years of experience.
• Strong trial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, client-centered legal representation.
• Bilingual in Korean or Spanish is a plus.
• Must be based near or in Bergen County to work.
