Job summary
BCG Attorney Search seeks a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney for our Fort Lee, NJ office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years handling auto accidents, slip-and-fall, and workplace injuries with strong trial and negotiation skills.
NJ and NY bar admission is required, and the attorney must be able to manage multiple cases and deadlines while delivering compassionate, client-centered representation. Bilingual abilities in Korean or Spanish are a plus.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
- Active license to practice in NJ and NY.
- At least 5 years handling personal injury cases.
- Strong trial and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in all stages of personal injury cases.
- Draft and file complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and letters.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategy.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, insurers, and medical providers.
- Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with paralegals and staff to manage caseloads.
- Evaluate claims and advise clients on strategy.
- Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and best practices.
