Connect Legal Search is partnering with a well-established multistate plaintiff-side law firm in South Florida to recruit an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney. The role involves managing a portfolio of PI matters and leading litigation from inception through trial, including depositions, motions, settlements, and courtroom advocacy.

The ideal candidate has extensive PI trial experience, a strong courtroom presence, and a track record of advancing complex matters toward resolution.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters through trial.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation matters.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies from case inception through trial.
• Take a lead role in trial preparation, courtroom advocacy, and case resolution.
• Conduct depositions, argue motions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients in court.
