We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Edison, NJ. The attorney will manage a caseload from intake through settlement, mediation, or trial, providing empathetic and effective representation for clients.

Qualified candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, be an active NJ State Bar member, and have 5–10 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience, with strong communication and high-volume caseload management skills.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement, mediation, or trial, while providing clients with attentive, empathetic, and effective legal representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and other negligence claims
• Conduct client intake interviews and case evaluations
• Draft, file, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances
• Maintain regular, clear communication with clients throughout the litigation process
• Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff to ensure timely case progression
• Stay current on NJ personal injury law, court rules, and procedural updates

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial advocacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently
• Strong client-relations skills with a compassionate, client-first approach

Salary and Other Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $120,000–$170,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
