Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in Edison, NJ. The attorney will manage a caseload from intake through settlement, mediation, or trial, providing empathetic and effective representation for clients.

Qualified candidates hold a J.D. from an accredited law school, be an active NJ State Bar member, and have 5–10 years of plaintiff PI litigation experience, with strong communication and high-volume caseload management skills.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active New Jersey State Bar license are required.
• 5–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and trial readiness.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake to settlement, mediation, or trial.
• Conduct client intake interviews and case evaluations.
• Draft, file, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Negotiate settlements with insurers and opposing counsel.
• Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial; conduct depositions and court appearances.
• Maintain clear client communication throughout litigation; coordinate with support staff.
