Job summary

Orion Placement seeks an experienced attorney to manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement, litigation, and trial preparation. You will develop case strategies, investigate claims, and negotiate settlements while drafting pleadings and motions.

You will communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and insurers, collaborating with senior trial attorneys on complex cases and litigation strategies. A JD and Colorado bar are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• 2+ years of relevant legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, civil litigation, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of tort law, litigation procedures, and legal principles.
• Excellent negotiation, writing, communication, and advocacy skills.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Denver, CO | Primarily on-site, with potential flexibility after the probationary period based on performance, responsibilities, and firm needs.

Note: Candidates must have an active Colorado Bar license, a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree, and 2+ years of relevant legal experience in personal injury, insurance claims, civil litigation, or a related practice area. Previous personal injury experience is preferred but not required.
