Confidential Employer in Clifton, NJ seeks an experienced plaintiff personal injury litigator to manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including depositions, court appearances, and negotiations.

Active New Jersey Bar license and 2+ years of litigation experience are required, with 1+ year in personal injury strongly preferred. The team offers collaboration, mentorship, and a steady flow of meaningful cases to support a long-term career in plaintiff personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a plaintiff personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Develop case strategy and work closely with clients throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, experts, and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
• Evaluate claims, analyze evidence, and advocate aggressively on behalf of injured clients.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide exceptional client service.
