Qualifications

• 4+ years of personal injury attorney experience (plaintiff-side strongly preferred).
• Admitted to practice in New Jersey.
• Litigation skills including drafting, depositions, and courtroom appearances.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters managing files with urgency and organization.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses.
• Take and defend depositions across a varied personal injury caseload.
• Appear in court for conferences, hearings, and motion practice.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages.
