About the Role:

A growing and well-respected law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its team. This is a remote position, but candidates must be licensed to practice law in California. The ideal candidate will have experience handling plaintiff-side personal injury cases, strong litigation skills, and the ability to manage cases independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring high-quality representation.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple cases.

Base Pay Range:

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
