Position Summary :

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney with a background in personal injury and medical malpractice to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a compassionate and caring nature while providing clients with clear direction and guidance throughout their legal journey.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Represent clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, from intake through resolution.
  • Conduct thorough case investigations, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and consulting with experts.
  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported at every stage of the process.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in court as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with legal assistants and support staff to ensure timely and efficient case handling.

Qualifications :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
