The Law Offices of Roderick C. White in Dallas seeks a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to manage a caseload and deliver exceptional results. You will work with a team of experienced attorneys to advocate for injured clients and grow into new practice areas as opportunities arise.

You will have meaningful responsibility from day one and collaborate across intake, case management, and legal staff to drive successful outcomes. A strong PI background and Texas bar are required.

Formación

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license and good standing.
• 1–3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution.
• Develop legal strategies that maximize client outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the life of their cases.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and an exceptional client experience.
• For attorneys interested in expanding their practice, opportunities to take on family law or criminal defense matters as your caseload and interests develop.
