Job summary

The Law Offices of Roderick C. White is seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join a growing, high-performing team in Missouri. You will own your caseload, litigate complex matters, and collaborate with experienced attorneys to advocate for injured clients.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PI or civil litigation experience, JD from an accredited law school, and a Missouri Bar license. Spanish fluency is highly preferred, with opportunities to expand into family law or criminal

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school.
Active Missouri Bar license in good standing.
1–3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Client-first mindset with a commitment to excellence.
Interest in growing into a second practice area (family law or criminal defense).

Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims.
Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution.
Develop legal strategies that maximize client outcomes.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the life of their cases.
Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and an exceptional client experience.
