You will take ownership of your cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and have opportunities to cross-train into family law or criminal defense as your caseload grows.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Missouri Bar license and good standing.
• 1–3 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Exceptional organization and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Client-first mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Spanish fluency is highly preferred.
• Interest in growing into a second practice area (family law or criminal defense) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and related negligence claims.
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through litigation and resolution.
• Develop legal strategies that maximize client outcomes.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the life of their cases.
• Work collaboratively with support staff to ensure efficient case progression and an exceptional client experience.
