100KCrossing's client, a busy personal injury law firm in Houston, seeks an associate attorney to handle 50–60 litigation cases, including slip-and-falls and auto accidents. You will draft and file Original Petitions, respond to discovery, issue written discovery requests, gather medical records and affidavits, and prepare clients for deposition, trial prep and attendance.

The role offers $65,000 per year with equity in the cases and a flexible one-day-per-week remote option, plus paid holidays
